JVNW, Inc. was established January 1, 1981 to manufacture stainless steel vessels, mixers and systems for the following key industries:
JVNW Mixers were introduced to utilize the industry experience JVNW has gained over the past 30 years and to more precisely fit the needs of our customers. We are proud to offer two U.S. Patents including an ultra sanitary, shadowless impeller The Sanifoil; and the newly patented sanitary steady bearing The Sanibearing.
Our convenient location in Canby, Oregon, offers a straight shot to the Portland International Airport and the enjoyment of the Willamette River setting. Travel south through the Willamette Valley to find the Northwest's supply of hops and, in recent decades, wine. The cooler climate and rolling hills offer some of the best pinot noir in the world. To our east, the close-by Mt. Hood National Forest.
We have a 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that can accommodate the construction of tanks up to 14 feet in diameter and up to 60 feet in overall height. Take advantage of our in-house Mixer Lab and Electropolishing capabilities.
JVNW can design and manufacture tanks to ASME section VIII, 3-A cGMP, and UL specifications as well as any seismic requirements that exist.
JVNW manufactures a wide variety of innovative vessels: smart mix tanks with custom agitators, vessels featuring computerized processing controls and processing systems such as our very popular craft brewing systems. We build skid systems and pilot plants. The common denominator of our products is our craftsmanship in stainless steel.
