JVNW, Inc. (JV Northwest) was established January 1, 1981 to manufacture stainless steel vessels for the Food Processing, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Pure Water and High Tech Industries.

JVNW manufactures a wide variety of innovative vessels: smart mix tanks with custom agitators, vessels which feature computerized processing controls and processing systems such as our very popular craft brewing systems. We build skid CIP systems and automated pilot plants. The common denominator of our products is our craftsmanship in stainless steel.

The company is located in rural Canby, Oregon. Canby is known for its famous horticultural nursery industry, its Willamette River setting and the close-by Mt. Hood National Forest. It's a straight shot to the Portland International Airport. Our convenient location also features such a wealth of sports and outdoor recreation it is a factor in our ability to attract the best workforce in the industry (in our humble opinion).

JVNW is one of the very few privately held companies of its kind in the United States. Customers are given such VIP service that the return customer rate is over 80%. Strategic alliances with OEMs put us in contact with a wide variety of industries and stabilizes our production year.

The company is structured around a project management core. Each project is meticulously tracked and managed. The attention to detail given by the project management group would be difficult to match.

One hundred percent of the sales staff have engineering or business/MBA degrees.

The company currently employs 158 people. Annual sales are 22 million.

At JVNW service is an integral part of our products. Our goal is to accept nothing short of total customer satisfaction. To accomplish this JVNW operates on the following principals:

  • Our customer's business is our business. We make a point to understand your business. We support our customer's trade organizations and sponsor related activities wherever we can.

  • Requests for bids on upcoming projects are always finished within one weeks time, no matter how involved the project. Single vessel pricing can often be quoted immediately. Response time to quote or information inquiries is seldom longer than two hours.

  • We listen to our customers. We encourage feedback we want to continually improve and learn.

  • If a problem should arise, every effort will be taken to solve it to the customer's satisfaction. Every time.

  • A Project Manager will be assigned to your order. We have found that a single source of communication will help the project run smoothly.

  • Products are completed and delivered on time. Period.

  • Full year warranty. All defects in parts or workmanship will be fixed or replaced for one year. If our good customers think a defect is our fault, then it's our fault. We run our business honestly and we assume the same of others.

  • Every product will be subjected to extensive quality control. Every single weld is signed and checked. We are an ASME code shop and adhere to all 3A standards. cGMP procedures are followed.
JV employees are an entrepreneurial group. They are truly some of the smartest, multifaceted, versatile, hard working, good-natured, interesting people you would ever want to meet.

We are located in Oregon because we all want to live here. JV is composed of a group of very talented and active people who enjoy nature and sports. We are competitive. We work hard and play fair.
